Flowers were ordered to be delivered 5/24/24. They were never received. No explanation or anything. When we tried to contact my darling rose their mailbox was full so we couldn’t reach them. Then on 6/8/24 the flowers were delivered. Very poor quality of flowers - some were wilted and a couple were dead. Suggest that floral arrangements be ordered from reputable florists and not from My Darling Rose.
My daughter order flowers through Telafloral and they picked this florist. The arrangement arrived with dead flowers and the vase was hot like it had been sitting in the delivery vehicle for hours. They didn’t last more than three days. This was a waste of money and have never used them before and never would with this experience. Picture attached.
I needed some flowers for my daughter's graduation, found this wonderful place. The Lady hand picked them with what I told her my daughter liked. And she put it together in just a few minutes and was reasonable on her prices.
I ordered our daughter flowers for Valentine's Day (paid extra to be be delivered by 4:00pm) from 1-800 flowers to be delivered at Livingston University where she works and our daughter got a call from My Darling Rose stating that they did not deliver to her work address but only delivered in Tuscaloosa area (which she lives in that area) so they sent our this pitiful looking arrangement which the flowers were wilted and stuff with filler Gerber daisies and greenery and 3 roses with a big pink bow that looked ridiculous!!! If I could I would left a half star....after reading the reviews this should not even be considered when ordering flowers. I was so ashamed that she got that arrangement. I am considering stopping payment on my credit card they looked that bad. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!
Oh where do I begin?? First they delivered at 7pm when I wasn’t even at work anymore AND it was the complete wrong floral arrangement. It was the cheapest looking flowers and definitely was not $100 worth of what a paid. The biggest scam I’ve ever seen. It was supposed to be 2 dozen red roses and this is what I get ?!!! Shut your business down! Every single review says the same thing, I also did not order from this florist I ordered online and they are a vendor if I have known this shop was fulfilling my order I would have NEVER ordered them. Absolutely outrageous.
I would not order from here the flowers are nothing like what they advertised online. They are dying and not full. Save your money

I never write reviews..not something I typically do, but I couldn't let this one go by. Just received a small arrangement that was sent by my mom. It is absolutely pathetic. Complete waste of money. Flowers are wilted, scarse, and looks like a pre school project. Shame on you people...
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time, no contact information and it takes you to a residential home with no signs or flower shop.
My flowers were absolutely beautiful and I would choose My Darling Rose over and over!! The people the nicest people to get along with!
My husband ordered me flowers for our Anniversary. Two dozen were supposed to be delivered to my office before 1pm. At 5:30 they called my husband because they were at my office trying to deliver. The office was closed so they brought them to the house. I only received one dozen, the flowers look they bought them at Publix and threw in a vase, with no water. They completely ruined the entire getting flowers experience. My husband also paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 1pm. Use caution when ordering through Teleflowers.
I placed an order online for a local delivery. The business debited the credit card, but no delivery. It's been 2 days. I just tried calling the business, the call went to voicemail with a message stating that their mailbox is full. Very disappointed with their service- won't be using them again.
I so wish I would have read the reviews before ordering flowers for my sisters funeral. This place should be shut down.
Received the tackiest and dying looking flowers today from this florist. My darling family in Kentucky would be horrified if they could see these flowers!
My boyfriend sent these to me for Valentine’s Day. They are the saddest flowers I’ve ever seen. These are not florist material. These are the same flowers he could have bought at Winn Dixie. They were already dying on delivery and I am trashing them today. Their card says to please contact them with any issues. I tried to call them the day of delivery. I texted them and emailed them. Not one response. Buyer Beware! Do not use them!!

My sweet husband ordered flowers for our 30th anniversary. The flowers were left at my office after 6pm. They were wilted when I arrived this morning. There was NO water in the vase. They were not arranged but still zip tied together. When I tried to call the mailbox was full. Do not use FTD to order flowers or My Darling Rose Florist!!!
I received flowers from My Darling Rose florist and a couple of petals fell off right away. Within 2 days most of them were wilted. The flowers in the arrangement probably cost $15 but my friend was charged $120 for the flowers, tax & delivery. FTD refunded the money but beware if you order through them.
It was my birthday yesterday! Well while I was in the shower someone dropped off flowers. On closer look it’s for another person (a get well bouquet) about 20 mins from my house… no where even close, another zip code …. How does this happen?. Anyway…..I try to call the business now for over 24 hours to no avail. No one answers and the mailbox is full! I have never experienced something like this with a floral service!
My Sorority sister sent me flowers on a Saturday and was told that this vendor had delivered them to me. No, they did not. She called on Sunday, the flower distribution apologized and she called again on Monday. They called me to apologize and tell me that the delivery would be here the next day. I was given a call to verify how to get the flowers to me-I say this because they had time to put another set together. Without any kind of shame, they delivered this OLD, broken stemmed, awful looking vase of random flowers to my door. You would think that if they lied about delivering a product, they would at least deliver fresh flowers. This place is awful! I have pictures to prove it. GO THROUGH PUBLIX instead!
Never again we’ll order They confirm the order that it was delivered the lady that I had sent the flowers to send me an email that she never received them what a disappointment and been trying to reach them and they don’t even answer their calls
My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered at my work place. Well, they never showed up. He tried calling several times, no answer and voicemail is full. He tried via email and still nothing. I started calling and tried several times and the same thing happened to me, no answer and voicemail is full.This is NOT how you run a business. I would give a 0 stars.
